Can you access the home menu without the sd card?
Anyway it might be the sd card is bad or the files on the sd card are not placed correctly or corrupted. It would help to know more, like what steps you took and when or how the problem occurred.

You clearly did not follow the steps correctly from the guide. If you were watching a video tutorial, then that explains your 3DS in this state, as a video tutorial has the same risks.

Try using your Ace3DS X to boot into your 3DS with the ntrboot method. https://3ds.guide/ntrboot

No I can’t access the home menu when the sd card is out of the console all I can access is luma menu and godmode9 menu

That’s what I’ve been following but it still just shuts off

Then it's not a brick, is it? I suggest checking the sd card for errors with h2testw. Empty it before testing obv.
Hey so I check it with h2testw and there were errors on the sd card so should I just get another one

Yes, you'll need another sd card in order to get it going since it seems that one is no good. Do you have a nand backup of the 3ds? Also try entering safe mode by holding down L + R + D-Pad Up + A

Use Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier to copy your stuff from the sd card to your pc. Get a new sd card, format it as FAT32 32kb clusters and check with h2testw testing both the read & write capability of the sd card, it will tell you if it's good to use or not. Make sure the sd card is empty before you test it, and yes, you have to test it before you start using it unless you want to repeat what just happened here..
If it passes the test, copy your stuff back with a new fresh boot.firm (latest Luma3DS) on the root of the sdcard and test again.

I forgot to make a nand backup cause I didn’t think it was going to get brick also I’ve tried entering safe mode that doesn’t work

It shouldn't matter since your 3ds is not "bricked" as i mentioned

I got a new sd card check it with h2wtest there were no errors on so I copy everything from the other sd card to the new and now I’m able to boot to luma menu and gm9 menu with the sd card inserted and I restored the nand backup but it still just turns on to a black screen what should I do next

Do a ctrtransfer and make sure to follow the guide carefully without skipping any steps.

I tried ntrboot again and it now boots into the safeb9sinstaller screen but it’s just stuck on Microsd card checking
