So... Why is Linux on Switch exciting?

    It still makes a difference wether it is the whole driver including the Firmware or just the firmware which is closed.

    you can pretty much google how to do it tbh. No programming experience, linux is just easy to code and memorize

    There's a difference between slapping together prebuilt tarballs and having to write a whole block of code from scratch because two of the components you want to use were not already compatible.
