First of all, I would like to apologize if this has been asked elsewhere or that this is the wrong place to post such things. Before I get ahead of myself, allow me to explain my intentions/plans. I want to get into making homebrew for the 3DS, mostly making applications and stuff that I wish were around but aren't. However, I have no idea where to start. I do know the basics of coding and I have experience with code as I'm finishing up my AAS degree in Information Technology and will be continuing going to school to obtain my BAS degree in the same field. I decided to go into that detail to explain my background in regards to hardware and software. The real problem is that I have no idea where to start nor do I know where to find any sort of documentation. Everything seems to be scattered all over the place and by the time I get inspired, I look at the scattered information and feel overwhelmed. I understand that this is still the early days with the 3DS. As far as hardware goes, I have the dongle to transfer save files to OoT3D, a copy of OoT (I bought it literally as soon as it was out because I missed the N64 completely due to being in poverty at the time), a 3DS XL (9.9 US sysNAND) and n3DS XL (9.2 sysNAND and emuNAND). So where should I start?
