It is of course a succes,it's the same as plailect and almost every would have also known how to do it wihout your guide.
Not to be rude, but im not sure i trust your guide if you also went and uninstalled a9lh against everyones advice and logic simply because you had a non-working credit card.
If you actually read the post, you would see that it was a personal question, that turned out with no problems at all, did the process and now I'm back in a9lh and I already did worse things than that.

Which is also the same as the normal process of downgrading. Ask the devs of the apps how to proceed and they'll tell you the same processes.
Moral of the story, if you don't know what you are doing, stop doing it. Hacking isn't something you should blindly follow, that's how you end up with bricks. It's something you should fully understand and know the risks before starting.
Sad news, the guide is really simple now too, I remember having to format twice downgrade otp recover ect ect, many many more steps.
I did 3 systems lastnight in roughly 2 hours. That gets confusing when swapping mem cards to pc copying to each ect ect

I am not going to lie. I don't trust you and I won't follow a guide you make. You asked for help, then ignored everyone helping you, followed by removing A9LH despite everyone telling not to do that.
Not to mention it's the same guide that has already been posted.
Because when I asked about something, I knew the risks and I was willing to take them. I just wanted to make sure I got the process right. Every two times I did that, it turned out to be a complete success. One to get my otp.bin after installing a9lh (https://gbatemp.net/threads/otp-a9lh-on-n3ds.448184/ and https://gbatemp.net/threads/n3ds-otp-dumping-tips.448998/) and the other to downgrade to 9.2 and uninstall a9lh (https://gbatemp.net/threads/downgrade-11-2-to-9-2.455361/).

I don't want to drive this topic off-topic, so I will bring this back to the right thread.
It also looks like a hell of a lot of work. In reality it's just a lot of files to place on the SD card. One of the reasons I went so long was because it looked like too much work, and TBH when you got Uni assignments due weekly you don't wanna spend 5 hours modding a console.
Could someone answer me if there is any version of the A9LH guide in Brazilian Portuguese? My english is bad so I can not understand everything XD

And just to know, my Sysnand is in 9.2 but with an old version of the FBI injected into H & S, and it does not appear on the home menu when I log in normally, but it does appear when I log in with CFW if I follow the installation guide, use CTRTRANSFER and Skip the part where I inject the modified H & S, when I enter the A9LH will my FBI appear?
I am not trying to be mean, I am trying to be helpful. It's hard to trust someone who ignore specialists. The best way to earn respect is to give respect. If people are helping you, just respect them enough to listen to them.
Although, your guide has a video guide to the current method. So by proxy, I do trust the method.
I really won't suggest using an older guide as it's no longer a used method

this tutorial looks to be outdated
because with this i need to fully downgrade to 2.1, and CTRTRANSFER doesn't look to did a full downgrade
