Will there a chance of extending the ability to load external fonts to the english language of this program and, to a lesser extent, vbagx and fceugx?

@TastifulBurger I'm not sure what the impact is if that will be changed.

@Tantric is this something that can be done and what is the impact?

I just uploaded the latest available version.

It could be done. But I think if someone wants a different font or artwork they should recompile with those changes.

Yes please let me know how things go.
Follow up for the Generic PSX to USB Adapter: all buttons working on the PS2 controller, tested some rounds on Street Fighter II Turbo.

Weirdly enough, it makes the games run like on permanent frame skip. Unsure as to what could be causing it.

I attach the filter file with the new scanlines and a compiled version for testing ;)

PS: I'm trying to add it to FCE Ultra GX / TX, but it's really hard ^^

Hi guys, it's been a while since I last played on wii... and I'm delighted to see it still being supported.

Would also be possible to add support for logitech gamepads? (F310, F710..)

I think it can be done, but someone should do that who has these gamepads.

===================================================================

I've uploaded a new version, which includes the adjusted scanline filter of @Tanooki16, thanks Tanooki16!

A new version has been uploaded with some small changes:
- Dutch language has been updated
- Some other language files are updated aswell

I want to inform you all that this will be my last contribution to the Snes9x GX project.

Thank you all for your patience, feedback, nice comments and working together to make something great as a community!

Big thanks to @Tantric for making the emulator happen and for working together on this.

I really like that there are so many Nintendo enthusiasts out there especially as it goes for de Super Nintendo Entertainment System.

I hope everyone is doing fine and look out for each other.

Be safe and keep playing! :yaywii::yayu:

Any reason as to why it'll be your last? I hope it wasn't my fault :(

No it's not your vault.

The reason is simple: I notice I didn't use my Wii as much as I did before so I found a new home for it.

So I don't have the hardware anymore to test the code and I'm dividing my free time in some other things, just a matter of personal choices.

That doesn't mean that I won't miss it. Especially the SNES for me brings a lot of joy and youth sentiment, I really love that. Also being around people like all of you, so diverse, sharing the same feeling is really nice.

For me, I like a lot what Nintendo does, not all. Sometime I think why did you make that decision?

But one important thing they try to do with all generations of consoles and handheld they have is: lower the bar, everyone is welcome and enjoy together like the community we have here.

To be fair, I no longer use my Wii or Wii U, my brother is using it for a retro device as well. As for me, well I've been using dev mode on my Series X to play Snes games (and PS1) but maybe one day I'll go back to using Snes on the Wii. I hope at the least you'll still be around on the forums and so on.
