I gave up on 4.2U and went back to my 4.3U NAND Dump from Bootmii.

I copied all the folders from nand-extracteda to USB
Used ShowMiiWads to remove the HBC 1.0.8
Extract HBC 1.0.7 to NAND

Boot the Wii -> Boot to UNEEK+DI -> 4.3U Loads OK

Here is the similar issue I have when I click on HBC from Wii Menu.

I still get the HackMii Disclaimer screen.

Yes if I press 1 it will take me to HBC 1.0.7

What do I need to edit now since I used my own NAND Dump to by pass the screen?

@Burton => With 4.3U I have no problem loading the game to disc channel and when i press START the games loads fine. That's why I went back to 4.3U my own NAND Dump
Did you manually copy af1bf516.tik into the ticket/0010001 folder in your usb?

I still need to manually copy af1bf516.tik even though it's the same NAND ?
Yes! look at step 8 of How to install HBC 1.0.7 to SNEEK NAND in the first post:

" 8. Then manually copy and replace your original Bootmii NAND/ticket/00010001/af1bf516.tik to Sneek NAND/ticket/00010001/af1bf516.tik "

1) I deleted the SNEEK NAND"/ticket/00010001/af1bf516.tik"
2) Manually copied the Bootmii NAND"/ticket/00010001/af1bf516.tik" and paste it into SNEEK NAND /ticket/00010001/
3) Boot to UNEEK+DI
4) Load HBC 1.0.7
5) I still get the disclaimer screen and press 1.

I still can't bypass it.

EDIT: So far I got these WORKING => Joyflow, WiiWare, Disc Chnl, and MMM.

What else I can do to bypass that disclaimer ? Any more help is appreciated

I had the same issue you had and I resolved by creating a clean nand with Modmii and installing everything from scratch. The problem originated (back then) when I installed 1.0.8 then deleted it and reinstalled 1.0.7 on my real nand before dumping it with Bootmii. This problem has been bugging a lot of people since long ago but no one can really tell a concrete reason behind it except a possibility of a console ID and a TMD mismatch.

If anything fails just do a clean nand installation and live happily ever after LOL.

You said "installing everything from scratch" what steps did u do?
Did you also install the 200's IOS?

Sorry I wasn't clear. Let me explain myself. I decided to try Uneek Di but I couldn't trust my real nand as it has many stuff that I don't need so I used an application called Modmii (see my signature) by Xflak. Modmii has an option to download the required files to create a clean nand (like having a new wii) follow this page for more info http://gbatmw.net/showthread.php?tid=13896.
In fact I've never read the instructions posted at the first page of this Topic.

The steps I made were (1) creating a clean nand with modmii (modmii will create all the require files you need to load Uneek Di (or any Sneek variant) just perfect. However if you run into the trouble that Uneek won't boot and the only thing you see is a black screen I have a workaround for it.

The workaround consists of creating the clean nand with modmii and then installing and using another app named Sneakycompiler by Scooby. After Sneakycompiler creates it's files you will overwrite the files created with modmii with the ones created by sneakycompiler (In other words overwrite the copy to sd and the copy to usb of modmii with the copy to sd and the copy to usb created by SneakyCompiler thus a creating a merge of both applications: clean nand + sneakycompiler loading files.)

Since then I've had a working Uneek DI without any sort of problem.

You won't need one for long

Yeah I'm sure of it as I never doubt your intellect and determination to solve everything in your path. The Modmii clean nand installation is a BIg BIG BIG lifesaver if you ask me.

Thanks for the warm welcome back scooby, I'll be around more often now that the PS3 scene has slowed a bit. I'm in the process of updating my Wii's to the latest and greatest. Boy, do I have some reading to do.

With normal SNEEK, does USB loading works?

No, you need Di for that. Or UNeek+ Di as far as I know.

Also I have little question:

I want to have a custom health screen for my UNEEK+DI.
Can this be done with Thememii? Since it only supports up to 4.2 and Uneek+DI is 4.3.

Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Uneek+DI doesn't have to be 4.3. Its whatever emulated nand you want to build.

Well i made a clean nand with Modmii and it pointed out that UNEEK+DI was only possible for SM 4.3

Im running a 4.2E, 4.3U and a 2.0E with UNEEK+DI. I think Modmii offers 4.2 and 4.3 NANDS becuase they're probably the most recent/popular. There could be other reasons, but I can confirm that it works with other menus

So can I dowgrade my Uneek Di build to 4.2?

Preferrably from UNeek itsself?

Maybe with MMM?

Edit: I'm just gonna try it.

why you need 4.2 ,2.0 ?

i use 4.3

Cos I can. I just run multiple NAND and have them setup differently. I like to see the 2.0E for a retro fix. Also, they're themed diffrerently. I can switch between the 3 and my real at any time with switch2uneek. I do it just cos I can. Switch is a nice app that works, don't like it going to waste
