Its not region free. The game is region specific but the upload was made region free.

You have to complete all 18 worlds for all items in this version I believe. There aren't any sort of save editors for smm either.

People only got banned for going online. Their is no online in this game. (Expect for the best wii u courses which happen to be terrible)

Go to coursebot and click the part that says user levels. that will show nintendo's levels
