ROM Hack Question [smash] Is it possible to force spirits events?

My console is banned and I would like to take advantage of spirits events (like cuphead now). I also have the impression that the previous events which were added with the last update of the game are not there (tetris or deus ex machina for example).
Is it possible to have these spirits events ?

I tryed to find the answer of the same question but I didn't find the answer on Internet, I really want to have all the spirits but anyone knows how ((
