lot of infos floating around that there is a bug on the DVDs and well .. i dont think its real because nintendo would never let a bug happen on such a game and will test it 100000 times

Found this on a Dutch gaming website:

http://www.wiids.nl/files/Smashbrosbug.jpg

Apparently when the Japanese boot up Smash Bros Brawl, they receive a message stating: " This game cannot be played on this firmware"

I hope this hasn't got anything to do with some sort of copy protection...
that leaflet looks like some sort of insert telling you that you'll need to perform a firmware update on your system if you receive the message displayed in the 3rd image.

my guess is that ssbb takes up the entire disc, so nintendo didn't have enough space to include a firmware update on the media.

seriously, why would nintendo include a leaflet inside of the game package indicating "hey, there's a bug in this game and you won't be able to play it".

edit:
the katakana under the 3rd image is "error message", not sure what the kanji translates to (it's too tiny and blurry to read)

Guys, seriously, this has already been reported. Jap demo kiosks have said the game produces an error (one time) after the firmware update. The error can be ignored and the game can be played just fine. That "leaflet" says as much.

Just a thought. This is GBATemp, remember? If this "leak" was real, then it would have been shown in the Wii releases like when SMG was leaked and hit the net. Until a leak makes front page news on the 'Temp, then it's mostly likely not true. I also am willing to eat my words if it comes to it.

PS. Darn people that keep joining for all this "Brawl Buzz", making the server busy.

The game will be out tomorrow (GMT+8) in both Hong Kong and Taiwan, hope the rippers will rip it

Dude Hong Kong?!
China doesn't even have Chinese Wii's
The Only wii's in China are imported from Japan and directly Chipped with cloned Wiikey
Same counts for games there no original Chinese games, only ripped games so not even original imported games
