Hacking Smash Bros always asks for an update

Hi,

I have a strange problem:
I have an EUR N3ds with B9 and Luma, latest FW.
I have Smash bros CIA installed with both DLC and latest update (v1.1.6)

I can't play online anymore because everytime I launch the game, it asks me to update the game... I push OK then Y button to download the update. Everything is fine but it asks me to update again... and again... and again...
I don't know what update is it because I thought I had the latest...

What can I do?

I am not banned, I can enter the eshop and play online with other games

Umm 1.1.7 is the latest version go to the eshop and download it
