Delete that from your titles and download the update from the eshop.

Idk what u read in my summary of my problem, but I already fixed it. That cia update isnt a standalone file basically its a patcher for mods just like saltysd, and it doesnt work without the offical update being installed, using salty sd by it self caused lag until i installed the updates 1st the offical one and the patcher, then turned on saltysd codes that made it work again
