Gaming Smash 4 Custom Stages

With miiverse shutdown a long time ago. Anyway to get custom stages anymore?

I did see Game Banana but those custom stages overwrite an actual built-in stage. Anyone know why they can't be added as a custom stage?

I think they cant be added as a custom stage is because sdcalfine only changes textures.
