Weird, this doesn't occur for me. What mods do you have installed?

music mods, texture mods, and voice mods. Nothing that should bar me from online play, considering I can still go on For Glory 1v1.

I don't think his loops, I'm pretty sure it's just extra long.

It does loop
I guess that victory music works like this

Play character music
Detect if loop
If loop thenit loops normally
Else it plays the n64 menu theme

Still, no one have tried to import Melee models in Smash 3DS ?
