I have a European system and an American version of the game, but I can't go online without accepting the latest version of the Nintendo 3DS service user agreement and privacy policy. However, after accepting, I'm just kicked back to the game menu. Is there a way to bypass this?

(This was before 10.6/7 came out) For my USA system I had to update the nver of my system and some system titles that handled online play/internet/servers to the latest version that is used on 10.5 but due to this I can't access the homebrew launcher and I am always given the wrong payload on emunand and my system ver always says 10.5 on the system settings.

Can anyone tell me how to edit DLC characters?

You have to extract the Update's files. I have no idea on how to do it, so maybe someone else here can help describe the process.
Just do exactly what you did with the game's files. The update has both dt and ls, so extract them normally then put them in some folder or merge them with the games files to have all the files in one place

I have a European copy as well, but I want to keep an unhacked version as well to cope with loading times, as they are still a bit slow woth the cache.bin

Yeah, i used to do the exact same thing. What made me switch is exactly what you're describing... inability to go online. I don't know if you can bypass it, but I wish you luck!

I found out how to do it, but you need illegal software to do so. If you wanna know how, just send me a PM

Okay, so I edited the SMB textures in the Mario Maker stage and they only come out in the non-Omega form. I looked through all the folders but nothing I found resembles the Omega stage nor could I find a second set of textures.

Omega stages are stored in stage/end, I believe.

I found 2 files with the FF series name on it :
- snd_bgm_FF02_FF7_SaraniTatakauMonotachi_3DS
- snd_bgm_FF01_FF7_TatakauMonotachi_3DS

One of them should be Let the Battle Begin.

    But it's a dead end

@Psionic Roshambo, people who cant download it can still play the game

If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.

@BigOnYa, why did you start saying my pc has a hamster in the first place?

I think Game streaming should work like this.... Local Hardware able the run the game fine, game engine and common assets stored locally, all FMV and music and textures could be streaming

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.

    @BigOnYa,
and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try
    - fire bullet Player.X(PlayerDirection)

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.
