There are issues with VC compatability right?
Would it not be possible to "slim" down an emulator like Snes9x so that there is no menu and it autoboots a game, and make it so it automatically saves state on exit, and make it a VC channel?
This would fix compatability issues and keep a few people happy.

That'd be awesome if it can be done...problem is, I don't know if anyone has figured out how to get the ROM into the channel, then make the emulator read it from NAND. Snes9x and such currently load ROMs straight from the SD Card.

theres no point. use a snes9xgx dol fowarder channel, and change the settings on it to save state on exit.
now you have a channel that can load any snes game
