Homebrew SM64 3ds MSYS2 instructions?

Hi! I am trying to compile super mario 64 3ds on MSYS2 for windows 10

I am using the tutorial from https://github.com/mkst/sm64-port/tree/3ds-port Because I am on old 3ds. It doesn't appear to be working for me. Can someone help me out? I have a clean ROM (I have sm64 dumped from my cardridge). And I cant seem to find out the error. Please help!

I came over and tried it a couple of times. But it says that a file is missing. did you mean (insert missing file but with different file type name here) and then it stop compiling it. I really need some help here

You need to be running mingw64 not msys.
