Are you using wifi or wired LAN? For a while I had a really slow connection, I think my LAN cable developed a break in it, once I changed it I was back up to full speed.

Also when you say games, do you mean torrents, if its just torrents that are slow, maybe your ISP is throttling your torrents, does normal internet work fast?

You can test the speed of your internet connection here. http://www.speedtest.net/

Well it could be that sites servers have slowed for some reason, and what do you mean by "too many files"?

Anyway use this http://www.speedtest.net/ like I said so we can see what your actual speed is.

And like I asked before do you browse the web at the same speed or has that slowed too?

it's still quite fast when opening websites..only when downloading...the speed is too unstable...and slow...what i mean by too many files is maybe my computer hv too much files or something like that that slows the internet connection

Too many files wont slow down your connection, they might slow your write speed down if your HDD is really heavily fragmented, try a defrag to solve that.

Are you only getting slowdowns from that one sites downloads? Its probably the site.

And for the last time, post the results you get from http://www.speedtest.net/ from a couple of servers so we can actually see how fast your connection is!

I think your showing wrong results, once you click on the server and it does the test it will go to a results page.

There it have a three boxes with "share your results" above them, copy the "direct link" box url and post it here.

Fixed it for you, you just need to put the http://www.speedtest.net/result/384806130.png within the img boxes.

And wow there must be something wrong with your connection because it really is incredibly slow, its practically dial up speeds man. Also your Ping really sucks too.

What speed did your ISP say you have? You should call them up about this.
