Gaming SLOW downloading from *snip?

Hey everyone!
Was wondering if anyone is experiencing really slow download times from *snip?
Each game is taking over 20 mins to download, where in the past it was just less than 4-5 mins at most.
I don't think it's my internet connection (cable) since browsing all other sites isn't a problem.
