Hacking Sky3DSTempIdEdit - A new program

So if you checked out sky3ds's website, you might have noticed there's a new download over there.
It's called "Sky3DSTempIdEdit". It seems it allows you to create a new template file for your private game headers, pretty neat.

It doesn't get you a random header though, you'll have to use your physical game Id's to go online~
