Hacking Sky3ds: This card cannot be read

So i got my sky3ds acouple days ago and i added cubic ninja and animal crossing new leaf to it which both of them work fine, but when i added pokemon Y and try to start up i get the error this card cannot be read. Also when i added xenoblade and starfox they dont appear at all on the menu after i press the blue button

The ROM was probably super-trimmed or modified, it signifies that the sygnature doesn't match the ROM's contents. Download the ROM from a different source.

So doesnt the sky3ds support every firmware? I tried to put it into my other 3 3ds' and it isnt recognized but only in my new 3ds PAL 9.0.0-20E

Yes it supports every firmware up to date, supposedly.
I don't know if anybody tested it in FW below 4.5 anyway.
Remember that Sky3DS does not enable playing out of region.
If you have some game from a region different from the on of your 3DS, it will not show up.
And I say it because I know you are from USA, you have an European New 3DS, but probably your other 3DSes are American.

RegionThree caps at O3DS 9.2 9.5, though if you toss an appropriate region CN ROM on there you can use the new RegionFour up to current firmware.

Regionthree works fine on 9.5, it should work on an firmware with the Web and Download Play exploits.

Smealum just released RegionFour which works on 9.7 as long as you have Cubic Ninja running.

Incase the previous suggestions did not work your sky3ds must be corrupted as mine. Use the Red sky3ds card technique to write the data as NAND to the sd card. Remember to patch the roms with 3dsctool and edit the template file while writing the roms. I cannot seem to detect the cause of this issue but hey i know the solution.
