Also, it may be the on provided there is an outdated payload that doesn't work on 10.7.
So if it still does not work try creating your save by doing this:

• Running the hax that works with your Cubic Ninja card to access homebrew.
• Switching your Cubic Ninja card by the Sky3DS.
• Follow the instructions here, specially:
  • Using sploit installer to install the exploit in the Sky3DS.

I hope that works, sorry I don't have a Sky3DS besides me so I can't give you a tested solution on a silver platter.

problem is that sounds like a temperary solution, i am getting rid of my cubic ninja cartridge and i need to get it working on sky3ds without the cartridge.

Well, if you install a9loaderhax it will be a proven everlasting solution, no matter future updates (and that means a long 5h process of downgrading, a lot nand backing up, extracting OTP, updating, installing a9lh and aureinand cfw, etc... very tedious I know).

okay i installed it with sploit installer on my emunand 10.7 but it says data corrupted and deletes the save

if i got it working does that mean it will work on any o3ds 10.7? or just mine?

As long as I know, it would work on any o3ds.
Also, consider installing a9lh, it is a PITA but I think it is worth it.

OMG I FINALLY GOT IT WORKING THANK GOD aka YOU my friend.

just did the sploit installer a couple more times after manually deleting the OOT save data and boom, homebrew launcher launched homebrew. thanks alot bro pzz

edit: funny story...i wrote cubic ninja to my 8gb microsd and ran ninjhax and uh...it worked.. pretty hilarious huh?

still doesnt work on my 16gb idk why but im glad its all working.

oh the irony...
