Hacking Sky3DS: Kingdom Hearts Error

I tried to research this and I could not find any answer. I have a blue button Sky3DS and I am using the latest template. I cannot play Kingdom Hearts. I get a game card could not be read error message. I have tried multiple microSD cards and all other games work fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem and does anyone know what might fix it? Thanks in advance.
