Hacking SKY3DS Can't Restore Save File.

I did exactly what the official tutorial says. When I open MH4U, it says "the save data cannot be used and will be formatted". When I tried to start a new save, it says "another set of extra data is already stored on this SD card. If this SD card is used, the existing save data will be overwritten when downloadable content, other hunters' guild card, sets and so on are saved." Help please.

Had same problem with couple games, curiously enough MH4U was fine but Etrian Mystery Dungeon got corrupted.
