Homebrew Sky 3ds

Hi i've got a Sky 3ds, they say it work on any firmware good, my only problem are i can't get any games to work on it and, tried 2 Samsung Evo sd Card ],1 of the you could write too, the other, seem corrupted. i'm having trouble running the games so if anyone got any advise feel free to inform me on been able to run Sky 3ds

Are your roms your region?
Are you using the latest diskimager version?
Are you using the latest template.txt?

Yes I'm using Europe as my region but tried a any anyway, yes using latest diskwriter and the latest template.text, but no joy? Any support?

zelda triforce heros and second i've been band from nintendo for using my sky card 2 weeks they say

Triforce heroes on the blue button has AP check and you've been banned for not having a private header.
