Where could I find his skins where I can download.

but where can i download them at like example the Luigi one he made where can i download??

you have to register with the forum, and the links to download the themes should be on the first page, bottom of the first post.

You have to register for the Acekard forums before you can see downloads. They are at the bottom of the first post that you linked to, but will be invisible until you register.
