Have u gone snorkeling before?

What about u try skin diving? You do not need any scuba equipment. No need life jacket. Just diving mask, normal swimwear, and a pair of fins.

And can u try to hold ur breath/snorkel on your mouth for more than 3 minutes underwater?

For me, I can hold for 1 - 3 minutes.

Give or take two weeks in the summer most of the UK coastline looks like the following, rather cuts down on the option to do anything without a wetsuit (or better yet a dry suit) and if you are going that far you might as well go the whole way


I have not been swimming for a while but I did make the effort to build up a decent lung capacity when I did, though I suspect it was more general fitness that allowed for such things. Usually went more for lengths under the pool than time under water. Never really went for the free dive, synchronised swimming or water based military outfit level though.
