I'm trying to make a wallpaper for sakura and was wondering what the size is of a photo that would span both screens, with the space in between(I'm only making a wallpaper, not a whole skin or anything.)

Cool! Here's some advice though!

Make sure to save in the right format! Photoshop alters some bitmap settings, you may have to save, then open it up in MS Paint to save it again and correct the settings.

I don't have photoshop, I use Linux. I do have GIMP which is what I plan to use. What Format should it be saved in?

What program are you using that the gap is actually not 96? Every program that uses this information that I know of defines the gap as 96 pixels tall.

for wallpapers the filetype doesn't really matter.
the size is actually 2x the width, and 2x the height of a DS screen.
i believe with that size the left half is used in the filebrowser, and the right half in the recently played/tools screen.

i however don't recommend using wallpapers, since there's a big chance it disables dldi patching.
