Hacking Site for the latest firmware?

I had bookmarked 2 sites for firmware updating, but for some reason they've disappeared from my bookmarks.
I think one of them was dsgba, but it seems to be down.
The other one was some chinese NCard site from which I got dsgba's site name (so I guess they were affiliates). It might've been the official NCard site, but I can't seem to find it.

Can anybody help me find this site and/or some other good sites for firmwares?

Do the latest firmwares get uploaded in gbatemp almost immediately after they're released?

yh, when some one sees the new frimwares available they upload it themselves which is cool
