get arm9 installed and it's so easy, you could do it with your eyes closed.
https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Region-Changingso use the old swap region method but use it on arm9 right?

idk if it's noted in the guide, but to use the eshop of the region you're switching to, you must delete your eshop account (Note: your eshop account it seperate from your NNID, and can be found in the settings within the eshop itself).https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Region-Changing

There"s another way to make it work without deleting the eShop account, of course as with the delete eShop account way note it also only works in Original 3DS models.
@airtrack Yes, do this:
-Enter in your original region eShop with an NNID; after that inject a blank nnidsave.bin or use a backup without an NNID linked in it and enter the eShop, the eShop will thrown you an error then if you don"t get one you need to do from the start; if you get the error shutdown the console.
Now enter to the eShop in the region changed Nand and you will be able to enter it.
