Hacking Simple NDS-rom-renamer?

NDSCRC has too much features and I couldn't find a working alternative which does exactly what I want:
-rename NDS-files with the help of such an database-file: http://www.advanscene.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=163
-put them in subfolders

I don't need archivation-features or even more complicated stuff.
