I have Emunand Cfw on my switch. I launch it from hekate so I don't have all patches to install any Nsp. Is there a way to launch it from fusee-primary.bin? I want to use Emunand but i cannot when i want to use Nsp. Please Help me.

When launching fusee-primary emummc should be detected and booted. You can check by going to system settings and looking for /E at the end of the firmware.

I prefer launching fusee-primary directly without hekate. However, you have a few options:
  • Fusee-primary directly, with Fusee-primary patches
  • Hekate utilizing fusee-secondary, with fusee-secondary patches
  • Chainloading fusee-primary from hekate, with fusee-primary patches

Here is @Cyan guide and will help you understand each
Primary patches
Secondary patches
FYI, all of these are stickies above your post in this very forum.

Yes it should by default. I’ve never actually chainloaded through hekate though since I’ve switched over to emummc. So verify your on emummc/ Emunand before running any hombrew or nsp’s if you are launching fusee-primary.bin through hekate.

My personal setup is to launch Atmosephere through fusee-primary.bin only. If I need hekate I have it as reboot-to-payload. I also installed a trinketM0 so it’s a little easier for me when I’m not near a PC or android device.

So when i launch the fusse-primary.bin it launch emunand and not sysnand?
not necessarily.

The fusée-primary launch method respects the Atmosphere's emuNAND config file to choose whether it boots sysNAND or emuNAND.
if your config is set to disabled emuNAND, fusée primary will launch CFW sysNAND.

to compare, fusée secondary launched from hekate can use a launch argument to choose whether it's launching one or the other.
hekate does NOT edit the config file at launch, so it can't use the same technique to choose which one to boot when using primary.
BUT you can edit the config file manually (NOT at boot time using the bootmenu) in hekate's settings if you want a choice when using primary.

Primary (with or without hekate ) : follows the emuNAND config file.
secondary (from hekate) : follows hekate's user choice defined in the boot menu.

Nowhere is it clear WHICH patches I need to upload.
I use atmosphere emunand and hekate on usb injector.
After launching my switch, I choose from the menu Launch and CFW - emuNand
So which patches should I install? Primary or Secondary?

This, unfortunately, explains nothing:
  • Fusee-primary directly, with Fusee-primary patches
  • Hekate utilizing fusee-secondary, with fusee-secondary patches
  • Chainloading fusee-primary from hekate, with fusee-primary patches

It is fairly obvious which patches you need based on how you launch CFW.
