Hacking Sigpatches for Atmosphere (Hekate, fss0, fusee & package3)

Hekate_ipl.ini file dictate which bootloader is loaded by hekate.
If you use FS0 and point to Package3 file, Hekate bootloader will be used, it extract files from Package3 and make a custom boot process.
If you link the fusee.bin with the payload directive, the Atmosphère's fusee payload process is used. chainloading the file.
download the file from post https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatc...kate-fss0-fusee-package3.571543/post-10152536 and extract again to root of your SD card, overwrite files. (merge if you are using mac os)

remember to backup and restore your HEKATE_IPL.INI file.
FSSO no sigcheck normally is patches.ini file do not having the correct values for current firmware.
Also having the same issue. I can boot from fusee though so its not a big deal for me but just saying you are not the only one.
Had to update from 13.0.1 to play the new zelda.

Notice about Atmosphere 1.0.0 and up: The fss0=atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin in hekate_ipl.ini must be changed to fss0=atmosphere/package3. And make sure that atmosphere/contents folder does not have old Atmosphere components.
some kind soul explain whats is the old atmosphere components in contents folder that need to be removed?

Only relevant if you're updating from an old Atmosphere version lower than 1.0.0, which you're probably not.
Backup you SD:/bootloader/Hekate_ipl.ini file, SD:/atmosphere/contents folder; and remove your SD:/atmosphere and SD:/bootloader folders then copy the new ones from latest versions from GitHub
