Hacking Signed PS3 games?

Hello! I have a PS3 which(at least as I know) is unhackable because of it not being on 3.55. Are there signed PS3 games,like there are on PSP, that do not require the console to be hacked to be played?

Yes, any game that you buy is "signed" and can be played on any PS3...
