No one said it would be out in 12 hours, they were referring to changing the 24-hour system clock to regular 12-hour time.
I mean, if thats what you want, have fun with a full few pages of shitposts from people who just joined then asking for it after those 12 hours... tell that to a developer...

It becomes a pain for everyone: mods have to clean up the thread afterwards from the amount of off-topic things that get generated, waste of time for the OP/whoever made the claim to clarify, and makes people think over time that the project isn't being taken as serious as it should, especially when its something this low level and people's own devices that are being played with. Sometimes it even makes more pointless threads as a result of people thinking that one just went dead from something like that.
