I thought he just dumped the bootrom. I didn't hear he installed sighax.

He dumped the bootrom and discovered Sighax + described/gave code examples of an implementation.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me if he's implemented it already in private since he's given out about 90% of the info we need (the last 10% is the bootrom itself).
