Okay I'm gonna be completely honest, I don't know what that /r was supposed to mean. And just in case you didn't know, /s is the sarcasm switch

I'm not trying to yell or pick a fight, 'twas just making a joke about how the thread has been derailed because of people yelling at other people because of misinformation like twice now.

I'm sure 3ds.guide will have a good tutorial on it, as they did when it was relevant for NFIRM downgrading on 11.0-11.2.

I got 1 Nint account for now. Can I use another account for this process or do I need to use the same account on both consoles? Do I need to start on the hacked device in order to transfer?
Sorry for the numerous questions but I am pretty excited about the possibility of sighax (although I'll have to wait being in Europe anyway)! Thanks for PMing me when you got the time! I can be patient.

You do not need a second NNID. just leave it blank. When you start up the new system. if you have not went thru factory set up. It will ask if you care to transfer from a old system. If not, just select the transfer from in the system settings

It starts on the hacked console, and all Nintendo Network IDs from the hacked console moves to the unhacked console when you transfer.

https://3ds.guide/ will almost certainly have all the information needed when it is updated.

To answer you question, you can buy game without an NNID. Nintendo just want your money. Yes, it starts on the hacked device.
