A question - i want to install sighax today and want try sth out, but is there also a way to go back to a9lh/ install a9lh again?
I have a second test 3ds, so no problem if this one brick, its not my main system

Sure, restore a nand backup, made with a9lh installed, using a full restore option (ie NOT anything that claims to "keep a9lh" or what new name that function will get now)
