Hacking Sigh, help with R4i SDHC

Anyway, my sister bought her son a DS from ebay (60 FREE GAMES GOOD DEAL YOU PAY NOW) and it came with a R4i SDHC *cries from shame* and a knockoff sandisk sd card with no way to access the memory. (Computer freaks out and gives an error, my Acekard's SD works perfect, though.) This wouldn't be a problem, if the sd card had the firmware on it. They installed moonshell 2. It can't run roms. Please help, although I would never be caught dead with an r4 knock off.

Is there a web address on the cart's sticker? If so, go there and look for the firmware. If not, you're probably screwed.

I mean the sd card is fucked. It won't load on my reader.

If you don't care about whats on the card, you could try plugging it into the computer but DO NOT access it, and running the Panasonic SD formatter.
