i didn't buy it, i printed 3 pictures (fox, arwing and the logo) then i put them under the crystal case

Wow so many cool DS's around here! I wish I had something like that.

I only have a Phat DS from launch, just plain silver/black plus the silver paint is falling off like crazy... but I still love it. =P

Yes, I've mixed cases, and modded it myself....Was pretty scary to do it, but I'm very satisfied how it turned out..

My DS doesn't have a name, but if I have to name it........I'm gonna call it.......PLU988

Well thank you, I was going for some unique look and personalized console..If you decide to do so,ething like that with your own Lite, be sure to research a lot before you start opening and taking it apart..

I saw few modded DS Lites over the forums here, but nobody posted their pics..I hope they will..There was one great transparent blue/black case mod I saw, I hope it will be posted here..

I've already sacrificed my black dslite to the modding gods in 'research'. My first attempt, I wanted the solid black outside shell and transparent smokey inside. But I ruined the minuscule connection for the touchscreen. If I could get those four wires connected it'd be fine.. oh well.

I'm starting to like my old blue dsphat again (because it's all I have to play on), but if I get itching for a lite again, I'll be asking you for advice.

The Pikachu one was inspired by Andy Warhol! He's a genius! As for the weight, the shell case doesn't really add much weight. I kinda like it better with it on because it makes my DS easier to hold!

Oh yeah, that Final Fantasy one looks awesome!
