Out of curiosity, those you have a9lh installed without rednand (mine is on a n3ds) how is the boot rate of the Hbl (cia installed version) for you? For me it's failed more times than actual menuhax did when I previously used it (around 5/10 times in some instances) and when I used menuhax, the Hbl booted on nearly every attempt.
I have so far 100% boot rate since I changed to a9lh sysnand, actually it was worse when using emunand and it's been like this for a month? Not sure, but I'm also using a n3ds. Ps maybe slightly less than a month I'm to lazy to see my previous post since I asked for help.
Edit: I never used rednand.

It's a 11.0 bug as far as I know.My a9lh boot rate is fine. Its the Homebrew Launcher Cia version boot rate is the problem, which i'm curious to know if other have the same issue since it was fine on a non a9lh setup using menuhax.

I didn't think I had to actually say it since it was a direct answer to your question but I was/ am talking about the home brew cia which just as I said in my last reply it's working better for me in sysnand than it did in emunand.
Funny you asked me that as I hit save on the edit lol. Yes I'm on 11.0 Luma sysnand it might just be my 3ds being weird cuz I never had the problem with getting online with 5.4 Luma and I didn't install the nightly so I don't know. Are you on 11.0 sysnand?

Yea I saw that, that's why I mentioned it could be my 3ds being weird since I never got the error for getting online without the nightly and I don't have issues using homebrew cia although I am moving away from it sadly, I wanted to keep all the homebrew there but iv had to move some to cia or a9lh payloads due to needing more privileges. I still use it regularly but not as often but I haven't had it fail once.Strange, I was using Luma 5.4 and now 5.5 with the same results. The guy above said it's a possible 11.0 bug.
Maybe if you watch the movie Braveheart in between some steps...it can be done in around 3 from a fresh system if you know what you're doing.
