Hacking Should I update from 1.76?

Hi.

I am wondering if I should update my 1.76 PS4 to play some newer games.
Are there any benefits from staying on lower firmware anymore?

I can see that firmware up to 5.07 is fully exploitable, but I think I will stop at 4.55 to play games like Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 and 2.8.

I usually only play physical games from discs, but I want to have the opportunity to backup my games to the internal hard drive. And homebrews and emulators are just a bonus.

So what do you guys think? Should I update, and which firmware should i stay on?

Update to 5.05

Yes, 1.76 is now worthless and you cannot played the higher FW games at all. Update to 5.05 and stay with it until 5.50-6.20 fully exploitable is release. NO ETA, unfortunately.
