I don't have an answer to that, but my WOT threw up red flags over the site as well. These are usually user submitted--I didn't check it, but probably some customers were screwed over and they flagged the site for it.

I can't actually. But most sites are fake that are hosted in China. There are lots of scams. Look at gold buying sites for MMORPGs. 99.999999% of them are hosted in China, they have FAKE "Live" chat, the customer reviews are fake, read reviews on it.
