Hacking Question Should I stay offline?

Hi there, I'm relatively new to switch hacking. I just finished all the backups,and I haven't loaded atmosphere or any other cfw. I would like to stay on ofw for now until I got my switch lite. So base on my condition do I need to stay offline? Can I sign to Nintendo online for save backups without been banned?

If you never ran CFW and you only created a backup, you can go online without any issues.

You can use emummc ( emulated copy of your switch memory running on your micro SD card) for your CFW and never go online on that mode, or only go online with a nintendo network blocking method ( 90DNS, most CFW has a incognito mode).

Only use OFW for legit stuff, and you should be safe.
