Hardware Should I save up for a switch, or save up for another 3ds?

Should I save up for another 3ds(New) or save up for a switch?

So My 3dsXL broke, But I still want to play games I havent played, like Metroid samus returns, And Fire emblem series.

So if I got a 3ds, it would probably be the New version, to play games I havent played yet.

Or I could save up for a switch, Which has games coming to it, and Support wont probably be ending soon.

I dont really care about hacking potential, If I get a switch, I would'nt really about Piracy, since I buy all my games.
But I do like Backing up the cart, so I dont have to carry all of them around.

If you really want to play Metriod and Fire Emblem, buy an old 2DS (It's 50$ I think) and save money for a Switch.
