My older brother gave me his old Vita, it is apparently on version 3.5 but has molecular, I realized that he spoofed is Vita, but I can't access it because it is spoofed, and I can't disable spoofing because I can't access it. It doesn't have enso either. I heard that in July, I can install molecular again, but with all this junk and my brother resetting it to a Japanese account, should I restore my Vita.

I guess that depends. If you want games not offered on the american store, then keep the japanese account. You won't be able to use U.S dlc with that account however. Unfortunately dlc is region locked. Otherwise, since you don't have henkaku enso, and it's 3.5, you might as well restore it since you can't hack it until july 1st anyhow. Honestly it seems like your brother tried to put henkaku enso on but messed up since it has spoofing and molecular shell on there. One other thing. I'm not sure if you restore if you have to update to latest firmware upon restarting. I am pretty sure their are guides to avoid that but you might want to take a look and see if it's worth the hassle. The flow did state that his exploit will be for 3.5 to 3.8.

(If your on 3.60 Firmware, sure restore to factory defaults and delete all memory, if enso was installed before, you just have to run the installer again to uninstall it, that true too, to complete the upgrade to 3.65 enso)

(if your on 3.65, but you said your not, then you can restore to factory defaults, restart your vita its on 3.65, then just use "PSVIMGTOOLS" to install Vita Shell, then install "7ZSHELL Vita Shell Alternative", then uninstall Vita Shell, and install Vita Shell 1.82 or the current Vita Shell, then you can add plugins vita using FTP from Vita Shell and etc.)

I think thats right ... ... ... ... like the other guy seems to reference ... ... ... ... maybe look into "repatch" plugin for for the dlc content that isn't in your region or is decrypted or stuff. (Count me in on 3.68 Henkaku, believe me I feel bad about the risk having just updated to 3.65 not to long ago, but the Flow has done amazing work, he still has a good degree of my trust in his hackingness).
