Hardware Should I import?

So I plan to eventually get a n3ds (NOT XL) and I don't know if I should import or buy the isabelle bundle. The one reason I want to import is due to CFW's but the odds of me getting one on 9.x-9.2 is very small so should I import one and risk it or just buy the isabelle bundle when it comes out.

At this point I'd just import one, buying newly released bundles are really risky.
