Is it worth it to get a Vita?

I got my oled Vita with a 4gb memcard and a copy of FIFA (that I've never played) for £45 about 3 years ago (from a "cash converters" type establishment), but they're almost double that now.
I picked up my PSTV from CEX for about the same price at least 18 months ago.
Both on 3.60 Henkaku Enso, with SD2Vita card adapters. Love them both.

At one point in time i actually had 5 systems in total xD
I was actually selling systems off with varying gain as some of them were REALLY cheap.

A couple of years ago, when Sony started killing off the system, one could get a hold of new, boxed, devices for about 100 dollars!:

While much has changed. I still do own 2 systems (a slime and a fat). I just love the system!
And it's getting even better with Rinnegatmante porting a n64 emu right now

bought PSP way back when it launched and i didn't really like it that much because that c-stick was so uncomfortable and the console as such was really uncomfortable to hold. Since then i switched to Nintendo consoles as you can see i have a DSiXL and N3DSXL. I really like both of them, but i won a white Vita in perfect condition from ebay Japan and i like it soooo much. Is really comfortable because of it's size, dual sticks and lightweight. N3DSXL it's much heavier for instance. I think it gets down to personal preference of the genres you prefer. I mean you can't beat Mario Kart 7 and Zelda games, but also 3DS lacks good fighting games and FPS that Vita has.

Last edited by Lenks,
I had a JAP PSP from LIK SANG when they first got released and I still wish I did not get rid of it but I just bought a PS VITA earlier this year and I love having it.

compared with this trendy chinese portable consoles on the market, vita is much better. Native vita games, native ps1 and psp, retroarch, now finally n64 emulation becoming true, all of this on an incredible oled screen (lcd model isn't bad either), with excelent buttons and form factor. If you have a PS4 like me, and your tv is always in dispute with the rest of your family, PS4 link is very useful. One of my favourite gadgets.
