i already emailed the person and they said that they still have it and could call them on monday

it is over priced but i have about $120 dollars right know

Don't buy it. You shouldn't buy an R4 at this point, and even if you do, that's way too much to pay for it. Also, you have no way of knowing if it is a real R4 or a fake, and given all the stupidity going around after the recent news I'd think you would very much want to avoid getting a fake R4.

If you really are interested in buying a card, just find someone who can buy things online and have them buy you the cycloDS cards that are on dealextreme for like $40. I guess it just depends if you can wait or if you reallllly have to have it at this very instant no matter the cost and sacrifice of quality, lol. your choice.
