Should I accept that my Switch V1 is bricked?

I accidentally updated my Nintendo Switch with v1 chip to 12.0. I wanted to try my luck by installing atmosphere but it doesn't work. is there a way to downgrade to 11.0 assuming the device is not booting and has no nand backup etc? Or should I admit it's a brick now?

You seem to at least have messed up your BOOT0 partition.
As far as I recall, BOOT0/BOOT1 depend on the version of the firmware you have running, not on the unique ID of your Switch.
I think I also saw threads about how to fix that and links to images somewhere on pastebin or some other site.

If that doesn't work, you can revive your Switch with another Switch.

There are also threads about that here.
Time to start reading.

That just means your files are not updated. If your console was actually bricked, nothing would happen when you send a payload.
