I have an idea but i think that it has a big hole with nitendo network's ID stuff. this is how i got this idea: i saw this tutorial: http://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-4-5-sysnand-4-5-cfw-9-4-emunand-without-gateway.378721/ then, i read in another post that, in the emunand's Sd, if you overwrite the 3ds folder with the one that you had in your previous 9.2sysnand (with eshop games and those things) then you wil have in this emunand those games and contents. So i thought this: What if you make a back-up of that emunand (you already have a 3ds folder backup whit the games) and then you do a system transfer with another person that have no problems with updating due he is already in 9.3 sysnand or something (or even someone who has emunand, too). after the system transfer your emunand may be empty but what if you inject again the emunad that you backuped before? and copy the 3ds folder again. i think that there's something that i'm missing that will destroy my idea but, well, is just that, an idea. Maybe some of you have tried this before or you know why this is not possible. well, thank you. and sorry if i have some mistakes, english is not my native languague, also, i'm not an expert in it yet.

Well, you'd loose access to your NNID, but it'd basically be the equivalent of moving your NNID to another 3DS and then just downloading all the .cias elsewhere and installing it on your transferoni'd 3DS. I think. I guess if the ticket.db was still valid it'd work, maybe.
